Ell Ray plays a key role in keeping 3 Little Bird Design running smoothly behind the scenes. As Manager, Ell oversees daily operations, coordinates production, and leads marketing efforts while also developing and maintaining the company’s website and online shop. With a strong eye for design and organization, Ell helps ensure that every product, from custom apparel to specialty items, is created, marketed, and delivered with care and creativity.
In addition to their work with 3 Little Bird Design, Ell is the owner and creator of Rooted Wings, a snarky mental health brand built around honest, meaningful, and relatable designs. Rooted Wings was created for the people who like their healing with a little humor, sass, and attitude — because mental health isn’t always soft, pretty, or perfectly worded. Some designs are encouraging and heartfelt, while others are bold, unfiltered, and a little spicy, giving customers space to find the message that feels most like them.
A graduate of Blue Valley Northwest High School, Ell is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Avila University, bringing a thoughtful and people-centered approach to both customer experience and team collaboration. Originally born in Iowa, Ell brings Midwestern roots, creativity, and dedication to everything they do at 3 Little Bird Design.
